Unable to import jnlp app into system cache

      This happend to nightly build
      /net/dig-dug.east/bigtmp/deployment/1.6.0/nightly/2006-02-28

      JRE Version info
      =================
      java version "1.6.0"
      Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.6.0-b99)
      Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 20060217134107.et151817.baseline, mixed mode)

      Steps to reproduce:
      ===================
      1. Install jre1.6.0 nightly bundle from location
      /net/dig-dug.east/bigtmp/deployment/1.6.0/nightly/2006-02-28
      2. Clear user and sytem cache
      3. Enable system cache ,
      in deployment.properties : deployment.system.cachedir=/tmp/cache
      make sure you have write permission)
      4. import a jnlp with command:
      javaws -import -system http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/notepad.jnl

      Application Error dialog popsup with message : Unable to import the application ;
      Details wrapped exception show:java.io.FileNotFoundException: /tmp/cache/6.0/55/9ee8a37-5c4dd153.idx(No such file or directory )
