      JDK: new bug in mustang b74 (found in swat test)
           In mustang b73, it says "Copyright 2005"

      How to bring up AboutJava window:
      1. run bin/ControlPanel
      2. In General -> About -> About Java

      Instead of displaying "2006", it displays "@@COPYRIGHT_YEAR@@":
