Currently VM behavior is configured via various command line switches, and there's no uniform way to store profiling and other self-tuning data for further runs. With ergonomics themes of Dolphin such a repository becomes critical part of success of VM self-tuning. Also can be helpful for support and sustaining as single point where all configuration parametrs can be found.
