JavaCupIcon & Minimize button are missing on TitleBar of Java Update Notification dialogbox for u7PIT b02 bundle. This Dialog box is updated according to RFE:6362628

How To Reproduce:
=================
   1. Install BASE JRE .
   2. Add Registry entry for Java Update->Policy->EnableServletURL
      http://urts071.india.sun.com/results/plugin/raj/update/mustang.xml
   3. Launch the java control panel and click on "Update Now" button.
   4. Update Notification Dialog should be displayed with more information about the java update,
   5. Attached are the two images one which is expected other which is observed. Compare both the images, check for the difference in the Title bars where left side of the Dialog box java cup icon is missing from observed image. This is seen on all the windows.
