solaris fontconfig.properties files reference windows encodings.

      All the solaris fontconfig.properties files in tiger and mustang contain an entry
      that surely is meant to be only on windows :
      sequence.allfonts.windows-1251=cyrillic-cp1251,latin-1,dingbats,symbol
