jconsole connecting to old JVM shows bogus 'overview' page with invalid graph limits

      when connecting the unofficial mustang jconsole build I have to a j2se 1.4 JVM, it connects correctly, but opens up on an empty "Overview" page with empty graphs
      *and very wrong scales for the graphs*

      e.g. my graphs have, on the Y axis, display:

      minimum=2 (bytes, %, whatever)
      maximum=9,000,000,000,000,000,000 (bytes, %, whatever)

      I suggest that this tab behave as for the other JSR 174 related tabs, and be grayed out and unselected if the JSR 174 mbeans cannot be found (also that no jobs for monitoring these mbeans be created if they are not there, to avoid unnecessary repeated requests to the mbean server).

      ... so as a summary I'd expect this panel to be grayed out and the 'mbeans' panel to be selected by default when the jconsole opens a connection on such a JVM, since there are no "overview" or "summaries" to be had, just arbitrary mbeans.
