Verified
Several tests 4808940, 4811846, 4812324, 4812164, 4812190, 4811850 can be executed due to the file 'reg' missed copied during preparation or test script error.
Test instructions demands to run script from scratch directory as ksh CleanEULA.sh
The CleanEULA.sh script contains several instruction like <./reg DELETE "...">
But this prepared scratch directory contains no any executable 'reg' file

How to reproduce:
To reproduce run JTreg with appropriate JDK (1.4.2_12b1)
The workspace is placed on /net/latte.ireland/deployment1/regtests/142u12/
the JTreg is placed on /net/latte.ireland/deployment1/sqe-tools2.1.6fcs
to run please follow instructions http://jqa.ireland/procedures/test_procedures/141_test_procedures/RegressionTestExecution.html
And -k:cte_test -bug:4808940 (4811846, 4812324, 4812164, 4812190, 4811850) flags to that script)
It was on Windows 2003 Standard Edition. SP1.
