The disabled menu item looks blurred on Windows 2000

Tested Build : mustang b75
Tested OS : Windows 2000 Pro

Steps to reproduce :
1. Install mustang b75
2. In the command prompt, go to jre1.6.0/bin
3. Try to launch javaws notepad application : javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/notepad.jnlp
4. launch java cache viewer : javaws -viewer
5. choose Resources from Show combo box
6. choose notpad.jar / notepad.gif and do a right click using mouse
Show JNLP File menu item is disabled
It can be noticed that the menu item is not proper and looks blurred

Note : This behavior is not seen on Win XP
