Dynamic attach mechanism is added in Mustang. The management agent has been updated in Mustang to support dynamic loading. However the management agent doesn't support dynamic setting of SSL properties which are required for default SSL socket factory. Therefore the current implementation only allows enabling remote management with SSL disabled unless the application has been started with the SSL configuration setup.

This is a limitation to the dynamic enabling of the remote management capability and also SSL is enabled by default.
