In Javaws, the order of launching the dialogs is not consistent

Tested Build : mustang b75
Tested OS : generic

Steps to reproduce :

1. Install mustang b75
2. Clear cache
3. In the command prompt type : javaws http://dispensable.east/BasicSecurity/cicerone/Cicerone.jnlp
4. Enter the user name and password
The application will be launched and cached
6. Now launch same application online using java cache viewer
Sometimes the authentication dialog pops up followed by security dialog
other times the security dialog pops up followed by authentication dialog

Expected behavior : The order of launching the dialogs should be consistent
