Since mustang build 38 when a large number of AWT modality fixes were integrated,
when running "bugster" on Solaris 9 and 10 under the Gnome desktop there is a
notable problem with popup warning dialogs. This is still reproducible with
      mustang build 76

      To reproduce
      1) configure bugster under Tools->Preferences->Runtime to have no "Default Screen"
In this mode bugster creates a small window at the top left of the screen.
      2) Configure mozilla to use mustang b38 or later for its javaws helper app.
      3) Start and login to bugster
      4) Open a CR window and load a CR
      5) Iconify the bugster main window
      6) Enter some data into the CR that would trigger a warning such as
committing to a build with out adding a release.
      7) Press "Save".

At this point with JDK 1.4.2 or 1.5 and mustang prior to build 38 a warning dialog
      appears.
But with b38 and later the dialog is not shown until you de-iconify (restore) the
      bugster main window.

This problem has been reproduced by multiple users.
Simple test that demonstrates this bug is attached to the report.
