vista: Menu is not selected after pressing F10 .

      Step to reproduce:
      ----------------------
      1) Run the attached program.
      2) Press F10. If 'Menu0' is not selected or highlighted, then bug is reproduced.

      I tested this with vista bet2 on build( 5308) with Mustang b75.
