Bug Info:

Location of first selected tab border line is not coincident with tab body edge line in all orientations(top,bottom,left,right) while compare with native by using Crux theme in gtk look and feel.

Steps to Reproduce:
===================
1. Launch SwingSet2 Demo app with latest jdk build.
2. Select the TabbedPaneDemo icon.
3. Choose the different orientations and now you will see the below behavior.

Behavior:
=========
The selected first tab goes away from the tab body edge line.
