Unable to work on java control panel as soon as tooltip is shown for any button

Tested Build : mustang b76
Tested OS : Windows vista beta2

1. Install b76 on windows vista
2. Launch java control panel
3. Move the cursor over any of the button to see the tooltip
As soon as the tooltip is shown, none of the tabs and buttons are working with the java control panel. It looks like the java control panel is frozen
Also the buttons Ok, Cancel and Apply are disappeared. To continue work on java control panel, it has to be relaunched.
