The problem ONLY exists in zh_CN. There is no problem in zh_TW, Japanese, Korean or English.

Reproduce:
1. Start Java Web Start Application Manager
2. Open 'File/Preference'
3. Switch to 'Java' tab
4. Click 'Find'
5. Mnemonic of 'next' and 'previous' does not work

Test environment:
jdk build: 1.4.2_12 b01. found same problem since 1.4.2 FCS. No problem in 1.5.0.
OS: Solaris, Windows, Linux

Evaluation:
Have checked the properties file(strings_zh_CN.properties) under /net/nightsvr.sfbay/export4/integration/1.4.2-latest/deploy/src/javaws/src/share/classes/com/sun/javaws/resources/
There is no problem with l10n.
