TrayIcon tooltip is not matching the Native tooltip.

Step to reproduce
----------------------
1) Run the attached program. You can see a image added to trayIcon. If dn't see the TrayIcon. Click on 'Set Image' button , the filedialog appears & select any file. Now you can see a image file.
2) Click on the 'Toggle Tooltip' button.
3) Move the mouse over the 'Hide all windows & show the desktop' button on the task bar. You can see the tooltip background is bit dark yellow & font are bold (not exactly bold).
3) Move the mouse over the trayIcon, you can see the tooltip background with light yellow & normal font. If you see the same , then the bug is reproduce.

I tested this b40 to till b78.
