After clicking the close button of the frame, the frame gets closed(invisible), but the tooltip is seen . This works seen in Tiger & Mustang till b32. But it can be reproduce from Mustang b36 to Mustang b80.
Step to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Run the attached program. You can see an frame containing textarea.
2) Get the Frame to the center of the screen.
3) Click on the 'close' button of the Frame, give some time between the mouse press & mouse release , the frame gets invisible & just move the mouse for some 5 to 10 pixel on the screen. If you see the 'close' tooltip , then the bug is reproduce.
