In Controlpanel->add/remove programs, jnlp applns show Change/Remove button

Tested OS : Windows 2000
Tested build : mustang b80

Steps to reproduce :

1. Install mustang b80
2. Clear cache
3. Launch notepad application
4. Go to Controlpanel->add/remove programs
5. select notepad application
It can be noticed that the button is named as "Change/Remove"

Expected Behavior : As per RFE 5042073, the button should be named as "Remove".

Note : On Windows XP, the name of the button is "Remove"
