Choice's scrollbar is not getting highlighted when user moves the mouse on the choice & point the mouse on the scrollbar. I compared that same with the textarea scrollbar & list scrollbar. The scrollbar gets highlighted.

Step to Reproduce:

1) Run the attached program.
2) Move the mouse pointer on the textarea scrollbar. Observe that scrollbar gets highlighted.
2) Click on the Choice.
3) Move the mouse on the choice scrollbar, Observe that scrollbar dn't get highlighted. If you see the same, then the bug is reproduced.

I have attached the screen shot of the Choice & TextArea.
I tested this on Vista beta2 (build 5342) on Mustang b81.
