Vista: PIT b84 - REG: JRE Autodownload options disabled in Java Control Panel

      OS - Windows Vista build 5365 (latest)

      Build tried - b84 from the following nightly location -
      /net/dig-dug.east/bigtmp/deployment/1.6.0/nightly/2006-05-02

      On Windows Vista (b5365), install the nightly JRE build from the above location and open the Java Control Panel. Go to "Advanced" tab and click on "JRE Auto-Download"
      All the options under JRE Auto-Download are disabled.

      This is not reproducile on promoted b82 in Vista.
      Also tried Win XP Home and the bug is not reproducible with the same nightly build.
