Problem:

Yahoo- Finance stock screener applet fails to load using IE 7 (on Vista, XP-Home-sp2) with
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" error. The same applet works fine using IE 6
on XP-home and win 2000 pro (sp4)

Steps to reproduce:
------------------
1) Install jre-6-b82 into the test system
2) Browse to http://screener.finance.yahoo.com/newscreener.html
3) Click on 'Launch Yahoo! Finance Stock Screener'

The stock screener applet fails to load. See attached screenshot for the error message.
