Steps to reproduce:
------------------
1. Install jre
2. Setup for update testing
3. When the "Update Available" dialog is shown,
note the text on the baloon tip on the system tray

"A new version of Java is ready to be installed!
Click here to continue."

The text "click here to continue" is not appropriate there, as clicking on the text does not continue installation
