Fatal Error message appears when the user initiates Java Update and Java Update does not happen either when the updated version is alerady installed or user cancles installation.
Steps to reproduce,
* install PIT build 84
* Launch the control panel and click on "Update Now"
* A new window will open
* Click on Install Now
* the updated version of the java will be installed.
* Again Go to contol Panel and lick on "Update Now"
* A message box will pop up stating this version is already installed on the system.
* Click on OK
* A fatar Error Message window will appear.

Some characters are not visible when the Java Update Message Dailog is prompted.
This dailog is slighly different from what was given in the User Experience Document.
Steps to reproduce,
* Install mustang B84
* Open the Control Panel and Click on "Update Now" tab.
* This opens a window with title "Java Update - Java Update Available".
* Some part of the text inside the message box will not be visible to the user.
To improve user experience it would be better if we can remove text area and put text label as shown in the UE SPec of the RFE 6362628
