HTML Comments inside the <body> tag are appearing in JEditorPane

      HTML Comments from the <body> tag, are displayed inside the JEditorPane.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Use the attached files JEditorPaneTest to display the commentTest-1.html

      Expected:
      Simple page with a header and a last update date

      Actual:
      A page with all the comments

      Note:
      Comments on the <head> tag are not getting displayed, just the ones on the <body> tag are getting displayed
