jusched.exe error message coming after reinstallation attempt on WinXP

Steps:
- clean machine first (remove all existing jres)
- install latest windows pit build (before build 86)
- log off and then log in back (to start jusched.exe)
- check 'ps -ef | grep jusched' (make sure jusched.exe is running)
- now try to install same jre again, you will go through reinstall
process (accept it)
- jusched.exe error message coming: "jusched.exe has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for inconvenience."
(some times it even force machine to reboot!!!)
