Accessibility: JConsole does not support High Contrast and other themes

      Section 508 states: 1194.21(g) "Applications shall not override user selected contrast and color selections and other individual display attributes."

      This applies to all L&F's and affects JConsole's custom components, as well as the panels that use hard-coded colors.
