Security dialog popsup during jre installation using sponsor bundle

Tested OS : AMD Win 2003
Tested build : PIT build 84 (9th may build)
/net/dig-dug.east/bigtmp/deployment/1.6.0/pit/2006-05-09.08_42

Steps to reproduce :

1. On AMD Windows 2003, try to install jre using sponsor bundle
2. During installation, security alert pops up
The user has to press Yes or No to proceed the installation
