PIT 84: Custom setup options are not proper on win 98 using sponsor bundle

Tested OS : Win 98 SE
TEsted build : PIT build 84 (9th may build)

Steps to reproduce :
1. Install jre using sponsor bundle on Win 98
2. During installation, the dialog "This is not a supported platform" will be poped up
3. Proceed with the installation by clicking continue
jre is installed properly

4. Go to add/remove programs
5. choose jre and modify
In the custom setup dialog, the "Default Java for browsers" and "Default java for Internet Explorer" options are displayed which is not an expected behavior
