PIT: With iftw bundle, new folder is created under <user dir>\Sun\Java

Tested OS : Windows
Tested build : mustang PIT b86

Steps to reproduce :

1. Clear cache
2. Install mustang PIT b86 (iftw bundle)
3. Check the folder c:\documents and settings\<user name>\Application Data\Sun\Java
It can be noticed that jre1.6.0 foler is created

creating jre1.6.0 folder under Sun\Java with iftw bundle is not an expected behavior
