Some of API changes made in Mustang build b85 seem not to have any corresponding CCC request.
JCK team assumes that they should be CCC approved or removed.
The changes in question are listed below with a corresponding build number in brackets.

1. (b85)Method java.lang.instrument.Instrumentation.retransformClasses(java.lang.Class<?>[]) does not throw java.lang.ClassNotFoundException any more.
