Bug Info:

I ran the SwingSet2 demo and click on the table icon and I followed the below scenario.

Step1: Move the mouse on the table header for resizing the table column.

Now see the double arrow caret for resizing the column.Here I found the difference on double arrow caret compare with native table on vista default laf theme.

For Native table,the double arrow have vertical think line but in swing table, the double arrow doesn't have vertical line.
