      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      It will be very good if Release Notes have acording date of the release.

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
        Release notes shoud have date.
      ACTUAL -
        Release notes doesn't have date.
