Build tested - Mustang JRE b84, b86
OS - Windows

Steps to reproduce:

Install JRE
Invoke the Java Control Panel
Bring up the Java Cache Viewer Window
Select any of the Application and right click on the application
Try to selelct any of the options using the accessibility keys
for ex. for deleting the application - Atl + d
for installing shortcuts - Alt + i
for Show jnlp file - Alt + s
For Go to Homepage - Alt + h

None of these keys are working

The accessibility keys are working fine on Unix.
