      Tested build - mustang JRE b84, b86

      Steps to reproduce

Install JRE and launch some jnlp appliations
      Invoke Java Conrol panel
Launch the java cache viewer window
Remove all the applications using the "Remove Selected Items" icon.

Press the tab key, to get the focus back into the window. There won't be any focus anywhere in the window. The only way to get the focus back is to use the mouse.

The above problem is very consistent if the applications are removed using the icon.

However, if the delete key is used after right clicking on the application, the above problem is not seen. The focus comes to the next application in the list if tab key is pressed, and if there are no applications remaining, the focus comes on Close button.

      This bug will impact accessibility
