GTB and GDS options are not shown with sponsor bundle

Tested OS : windows
Tested build : mustang build 86 (sponsor bundle)

Steps to reproduce :
1. Set IE as the default browser in the test machine
2. Install mustang b86 (sponsor bundle)
3. Accept the license agreement

GTB and GDS options are not shown during the installation with sponsor bundle

With iftw bundle, atleast getting the error "Unable to download http://java.sun.com/update/1.6.0/1.6.0-beta2-b86.xml for installation"

Expected behavior : GTB and GDS options should be shown with the sponsor bundle when IE is the default browser

Note : This is working fine with PIT b86
