32 and 64 bit JDK couldn't co-exist on Win2003-amd64

      If 32-bit JDK is installed on windows2003-amd64 machine, then 64-bit one could not be installed. The following error message is droped:
        "You already have this version of JDK installed. Please uninstall the product through your add/remove programs utility before reinstalling".
        Screen shot is attached. It is a regression - update 7 32-bit and 64-bit JDKs co-exist fine.
