Reproduce:
1. install jdk-6-beta2-bin-b86-windows-i586-02_jun_2006.exe on windows vista
2. Open FileChooseDemo
3. Click on "Show FileChooser" button at the bottom of the application. "Open File" dialog box shall pop up.
4. Click on "Cancel" button at the bottom of the "Open" dialog box.

Message 'User cancelled Opreation. no file was chosen.' is not localized in zh_TW, zh_CN and Korean.
