msi file not getting removed when jre is installed using sponsor bundle

Tested OS : windows
Tested Build : mustang promoted b86

Steps to reproduce :
1. Install mustang b86 using sponsor bundle ( s bundle)
2. the file jre1.6.0.msi is created under <user dir>/Sun/Java/jre1.6.0
3. Now uninstall the jre bundle

jre1.6.0.msi is still available under <user dir>/Sun/Java/jre1.6.0
This is working fine with normal bundle (promoted b86)
Note : With PITb86, it worked fine
