[es] Online installer has unlocalized status messages

      On the stage server the online installer contains unlocalized status messages while the offline is OK. Happens on spanish locale.

      Download the online installer and watch the status messages above the progress bar during the installation. They will be in english.
      Using the offline installer from the same page everything is OK.
