      REG: PITb88 : splash screen is not shown during jdk installation

      Tested OS : windows
      Tested build : mustang PIT b88

      During jdk installation, splash screen is not coming up instead directly it shows jdk license agreement screen

      Expected behavior : splash screen should be shown

      note : sample splash screen image from mustang b86 attached
