The text field outline border not coincident with button outline border and the text field outline border draws the outside of the component so that right side of the button shows the vertical line.
up/down scroll buttons are not clear compare with native component.up/down arrow buttons have white border in JComboBox.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install 3rd party xp style themes in winxp platform.
2. Choose the panther theme
3. Launch the SwingSet2 demo app and choose the ComboBox demo icon in the toolbar.
Expected Behavior:
=================
The JComboBox should match with native component(outline border,rendered color and arrows)
Actual Behavior:
================
There are some differences in arrows and outline border of the component.
Please check the attached image file for finding the clear difference.
