Welcome.html file bundled with jre has a broken link to "Java Plug-in" reference.
"Java Plug-in" link refers to http://java.sun.com/javase/6/docs/technotes/guides/plugin/index.html which is not valid.
The correct link is http://java.sun.com/javase/6/docs/guide/plugin/index.html
