      jdk created folder is not removed during jdk uninstallation

      Tested OS : Windows
      Tested build : mustang b87

      Steps to reproduce :
      ===================
      1. Install mustang jdk build 87 into any of the custom folder (for e.g., c:\java)
      2. Make sure that the folder c:\java does not exist. Let the jdk installer create the java folder.
      jdk1.6.0 is created under c:\java
      3. Install the jre into the same folder (ie, c:\java\jre1.6.0)
      4. Now uninstall jdk as well as jre
      The folder c:\java is also removed along with jdk1.6.0 and jre1.6.0 which is expected behavior

      5. Remove c:\java if exists
      6. Install jdk into c:\java
      7. Install jre into the default folder (ie, c:\program files)
      8. Uninstall jdk as well as jre
      The created java folder (ie, c:\java) is still available

      Expected behavior :
      c:\java folder should be removed as it is created by jdk installer
