jcp.trace file exists in the log folder
Tested OS : windows
Tested Build : mustang b87
Steps to reproduce :
1. Install mustang b87
2. Launch Java control Panel
3. Go to Advanced->Debugging
4. Enable logging and tracing
5. close java control panel
6. launch notepad application (javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/notepad.jnlp)
7. Launch Java control panel
8. Go to general->Settings
9. Delete trace and log files and close java control panel
jcp.trace file still exists under <user home>\Sun\Java\Deployment\log folder
Note : On solaris, jcp.trace is removed
