A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Windows Vista has a Aero theme which gets disturbed when Java Control Panel is launched by double clicking on the coffee mug icon in Windows Control Panel.
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Install windows Vista on a machine. Set the theme to Windows Vista Aero. Download JRE 1.6.0 and launch the Java Control Panel from Windows Control Panel. The theme gets automatically reverted to Windows Vista Basic and a message is displayed "Some visual elements have been temporarily disabled. The reason this is happening is that the following programs isn't com[atible with Windows.
Program : Java (TM) Platform SE Binary .
Publisher : Sun Microsystems , Inc.
The visual elements will be enabled when this program or other incompatible programs are no longer running."
EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
