This test case can't be executed on windows-vista-beta2-5384. It works fine on XP-pro.
The provided 'handle' command in the test procedure doesn't execute on Vista with the message "Handle viewer has stopped working" (see attached screenshot).
Discussed with Abhijit and this test should be removed.
