TrayIcon.displayMessage() which displays the ballon does work on windows 98.

Step to reproduce:-

1) Run the attached program. copy the image file attached & store the file in the same directory where the class file is present. You will see a frame with different buttons. Observe that image (animated dog ) is add to the sytem tray.
2) Select the type of message from the combobox.
2) Click the 'Display Message' button . If ballon is not seen , then the bug is reproduce.

I tested this from mustang b40 to b88 & the TrayIcon.displayMessage() ballon is not seen.
