PIT b90: sponsors not offered for online installer when the proxy is authenticated proxy

Tested OS : windows
Tested build : mustang PIT b90

Steps to reproduce :
1. Uninstall all sponsor products
2. Uninstall all JRE
3. Set Internet Explorer as default browser
4. Set proxy to Authenticated Proxy (server: ramkumar.india.sun.com and port: 8082)
5. Visit http://sqindia.india.sun.com/disk13/deployment/pit/b90/jre-6-windows-i586-iftw.exe and download online installer. (Enter the user name and password as unix user name and password)
6. Choose option to install directly from the web
7. Click on "Run" button to install
8. Accept the license agreement and select Typical JRE install

After accepting the agreement, it can be noticed that sponsors are not offered. Also the last ping just shows ";jre|0"

Expected behavior : sponsors should be offered and the last ping (ic) should show the following : ";jre|0,;s1|0;;;event7=1,;s2|0;;;event7=1"

Note : Without authenticated proxy, the sponsors are offered.
