REG : PIT 92 : click here to continue text is not shown in the baloon tool tip

Tested Bundle : mustang PIT b92 (http://j2se.east/plugin/1.6.0-nightly/2006-07-10/)
Tested OS : windows

1. Install PIT jre b92
2. Setup for java update testing
3. Launch Java Contro Panel, go to Update tab
4. Click on Update Now button

When the update is available, look into the text for the baloon tip on the system tray
"Click here to continue" text is missing.

It is a regression from PIT b92
