A log file hs_err_pid1148.log is attached.

This is apparently NOT a regression.
It also crashed VM on 1.4.2, 1.4.2_10b03, 1.4.2_11b03, 1.4.2_12b03

Our past records indicate a pass for Windows 2003 SE x86 during 1.4.2_10b03 testing using the LX50 platform (1.4 GHz Pentium III) , but I do not have this hardware available to crosscheck.

To reproduce:
Copy FileDialogDropTargetTest.html and FileDialogDropTargetTest.java to test machine.
Compile FileDialogDropTargetTest.java with 1.4.2_13
Ensure IE registed with 1.4.2_13
Navigate IE to FileDialogDropTargetTest.html
hs_err log will be dropped on desktop.
